CER Project Application Checklist

Registering a carbon project is the first formal step in participating in the Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme.

The key  documents you will need to submit as part of registration are:

  • Reforestation management Plan (including your forward abatement estimate)
  • Permanence Plan

Also, as part of the registration process you will need 

  • Identity documents
  • National Police Check certificate issued in the last 12 months. 
  • Evidence that you hold or have acquired legal right through a written agreement, such as a commercial contract, including records showing how you have, or obtained, legal right to carry out the project, including the steps you took, any advice received and who you consulted with.
